Hybrid Meeting: In-Person and Zoom Webinar The county commissioners take general public comments on any matter not being discussed in another current public hearing process. Open public comment addressed to the County Commissioners typically occurs at 9 a.m. on the first Thursday of the month unless the date falls on a holiday or needs to be rescheduled due to a calendar conflict. Members of the public can sign up to speak in advance or on the day of public comment. Public comment is taken in-person (in the hearing room) or virtually via Zoom.
